We will contact you with a detailed repair quote 24-48 hrs after your iPod has been received. If you do not approve the repair, we may offer to buy your iPod for salvage purposes.

 

 

Please use the following guidelines when sending your ipod in to dCoDa Technologies for service:

 

 

DATA - if you can, backup any data you want to keep before sending your unit in for service. We cannot be responsible for any loss of data on your iPod.

 

 

PACKAGING - Avoid using mailing envelopes. Use a sturdy cardboard box ie videotape / DVD postpack.

 

Use plenty of bubble wrap or other packing material that will protect the LCD screen in the event of an impact to the shipping box.

 

Please include the information requested at the bottom of this page inside the box with your unit. Failure to provide ALL of the information requested could result in delays in getting your unit repaired and returned to you!

 

 

WARRANTY - All repairs come with a 3 month warranty, unless otherwise stated, on parts and labour excluding shipping costs.

 

 

SHIPPING - We recommend that you use registered Australian Postal service, that way the iPod item can be tracked.

 

 

RETURNS - We will contact you once the repair is done to organise delivery back to you.

We use Australia Post or a Courier service.

 

 

DELIVERY-We do post service at the moment, if you need it urgent, please contact me to arrange local drop off.
